On this journey you will experience deep remembrance through connecting with yourself as the authority and expert in your experience. Sovereign Birth Sessions is grounded in community, story telling and deep reverence for sovereign birth as a sacred rite of passage.
You won't find birth education like this anywhere else. As an experienced guardian of birth and mother of 3 children born at home, I am here to support you to understand the best way to protect your experience from unnecessary interventions and unwanted opinions, projections and energies through creating impenetrable boundaries that support you to have the birth experience of your dreams. No matter where you choose to birth your baby.
We will explore:
- Taking radical responsibility for your care.
- Understanding Limbic imprinting
- Integrated community support, connection and care
- Freebirth, Homebirth, Hospital Birth, or Surgical Birth.
- Choosing your birth support team: Birthkeeper, Midwife, Obstetrician, or not.
- Understanding the physiology of birth.
- Defining your normal.
- The power of plant allies
- Creating your Birth Vision
- Embracing storytelling and communication with your baby
- Setting up your birth space
- Postpartum care and birth integration
- Boundary setting
- The energetics of birth and protecting your sacred space
Our journey will take place over four 90 minute Zoom sessions starting on Saturday April 28th and ending on May 19th. Don't worry if you can't make it live all sessions will be recorded for your convenience. Stay connected and supported throughout the program via our exclusive Facebook group.
